“Game of Telephone”

Don’t put a middle man, and don’t be a middle man.

If you are a manager, don’t stand in the middle and pass the messages between. That’s not a privilege but just a blocker or wrong interpreter.

The best thing you can do is to make the connections between the right guys, and sit back & watch. The guy you can trust will find you where he needs.

There are many commenters or self-proclaimed genii who always like to comment. If you see anyone who stands everywhere and comments unrelated over time and repeats, please do fire that guy. (I’m not talking about ‘devil’s advocate’, which is a positive role)

If the people didn’t find you, of course, they don’t know you are good, but with a high possibility, they don’t need your comment. Back to the topic, you need to remember every single middleman you put into the message flow, the message will never be an original purpose.

“Good communicator”

But don’t be confused between a self-proclaimed random commenter and a good communicator. You will need a good communicator between different industries, and fields (IT vs non-IT) in many places. Try to find this type of person who can speak many languages (not linguistic language but more communications) and put them in the right position.

Those who can make good use of an analogy usually are great communicators, please hire and promote them, they are going to link one metaverse with another one.
